There is no science behind this stuff at all. Sorry hun. It’s just companies trying to make money off women! Your best bet is a healthy diet and regular exercise like nature intended. (PS I’m someone who had infertility and had specialists so I tried everything and I can tell ya, that stuff is a waste of money)

I thought it tasted better cold. I usually drank 1 a day. And didn't notice anything different.

I only noticed a change in my cervical fluids it was way more after drinking for a month this is my second month drinking it hopefully it works this month. I drink it hot or cold once a day
