Blue cervix at pap?? Chadwick’s sign

I just had my annual pap and my Dr. mentioned that my cervix was blue and I might be pregnant, wait till my missed period. 10 dpo I took a test this morning being negative. Has anyone actually been pregnant from the Chadwick’s sign. I’ve never heard of it till today!

Any update on this? My doctor said it might be sign of pregnancy or period in next few days.
