If you've been constipated lately stool can tear inside causing anal fissures/tears or even hemmoroids which can make you have blood in stool. Might need more fiber.

I'd maybe start taking some fiber or Miralax to make your stools looser/softer. It has happened to me a lot in the past. Now that I'm pregnant, constipation is a nightmare and Miralax is my best friend!

It could be a fissure or hemorrhoids. Just go get yourself checked out. Either of those two things are relatively easy fixes.
