How soon can you know if you're pregnant by using a pregnancy test? Is it on the 2nd or 3rd week or is it on the first week that you missed your period?

Better to wait until u miss your period date . The week after you miss your period will mostly give u an accurate result. Too early testing can give a false negative

I took the test the day of af was due and got my bfp I had implantation bleeding 6 days after my period so I waited 3 weeks to test when I tested was the day my period was due ☺️
