Hi! I am curious if anyone here is successfully using the Ergo carrier for a young baby that cannot hold its head up yet. We bought the infant insert (and she exceeds the required weight for it), but my baby is hating it. She is 6 weeks old now. The insert prevents her head from flopping back, but it falls forward instead, causing her face to be smushed against my body, and she will start screaming. We have watched the video and are following the instructions, but cannot figure out why it's not working for us. With the Ergo being as expensive as it is, I really want to make it work without buying another carrier or wrap.
