CrossFit While Nursing?

Any experiences where you’ve had an impact on breastfeeding when doing CrossFit?

I don’t/didn’t do crossfit but I started working out 4-5 days a week 4 months pp while breastfeeding. I made sure I drank a gallon or more a day and ate plenty of healthy calories! Calories and water are important so as long as you keep those up you’ll be fine!

i started crossfit again 8 weeks after birth . ( going three times a week). i did see a decrease in my milk supply and had to start giving some formula by 4 months. 
this is what happened to me though.... everyone is different.  But if youve done crossfit before you know its a lot more intense than normal exercise. ..
