Starting a schedule?

Question

First time mom, I’ll be going back to work soon hopefully! I want to get my son into a daily routine because right now we’re kind of just going with the flow. Any tips on how to start?

First of all, how cute! Second of all, I don't have a stone hard routine yet. But we're getting there. Babies don't really get a good schedule set until 6 months is what I hear. Some people are lucky and can pull it off, but I just stick to one as well as I can. I'm about to start a new job soon so that might actually be helpful since I'm not entirely on a schedule myself yet. xD
