Hello since I last posted I talked to a recruiter about joining to army to become apart of the CID or an officer. The recruiter told me if I decided to join that I’ll start at an E4 then I’ll have to wait maybe a year to do the paper work to become a officer. I wanted to go active duty. I’m 21 will graduate this summer with a Criminal Justice and Psychology degree with a A.S. in Law Enforcement. However, I’m starting to look more into reserve now.

Will I still be able to rank up and become an officer or apart of the CID if I go reserve??
