3 periods in 6 weeks?? Pls read!!

I take my pills and I haven’t missed any. My stomach feel bloated or like I have a gas bubble but (I don’t think I do fr) it hurts when I push down around my uterus really bad. I’ve had bad diarrhea but it just started yesterday. Me and my boyfriend quit having sex as much because it would hurt so bad afterwards. And one time I had to stop during sex because it hurt my stomach so bad. It aches constantly and I constantly feel sick to my stomach. I literally just went to the OB/GYN and they acted like it was fine and just “break through bleeding” but I can’t get it through their heads that there is a difference between this and that. It’s bright pinkish/ red blood not like normal or old blood. It puts me in such a terrible mood bc I feel awful 24/7 and I’m tired of feeling like this😩😩 I sweat so damn bad and I feel like my body is constantly boiling hot.

My boyfriend made the comment that I look pregnant yesterday 🙄🙄 but it’s bc I’m bloated. Idk what to do abt it. None of my doctors really take me serious. What should I do someone help a sister out 😭😭😭😭 edit: the pic is from today 12-19. Yesterday the blood was a milky bright pinkish red and had no clots like this.
