Back and hip pain?!

Megan • Married to my amazing DH! 2 DD 01/01/07 and 10/11/17 and expecting our 3rd 08/17/20!!

So I’m having full aching cramps in my lower abdomen like right above my pubic bone. Which isn’t shocking. BUT-I’m also having back pain and pain in my left hip that comes and goes! It’s bizarre.

Anyone else 7DPO and experiencing anything similar?
