My son is almost three months old and I just got my first period since having him. It starred out Sunday night it's the 3rd day and it is so heavy changing my pad every 1 to 2 hours.

After my son was born by period was horrible! I thought I was a teenager again. Heavy blending and painful cramps. I haven't had one yet after my daughter.

My first one was super heavy changing my pad every 1-2 hours in the first few days. 
I’m coming to the end of my second period and it’s much lighter than the first. No cramping with either period which is AMAZING! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
