My 10 month old has never slept through the night!
My 10 month old daughter has never slept through the night. The longest stretch she will sleep for is about 4 hours. She’s such a light sleeper. She always wakes up before 7 and wakes probably 4-5 times a night too. We put her to bed around 8. Soon as we put her down she wakes up. She doesn’t soothe herself either. I’m just lost on what to do. Any advice? This momma needs sleep.
