Success stories after a miscarriage

Would like to know some success stories after a miscarriage I just recently miscarried a week ago at 7 weeks. I’ve had two successful pregnancies. One in 2010 and another in 2015. I miscarried due to low progesterone. Just looking for some hope out there and some encouraging stories! Also, was wondering on the progesterone issue as well. I go back to the dr this week was going to ask about vitex and other vitamins I could try naturally instead of going through hormone therapy and such. Any feedback, advice, or just encouraging words are appreciated!!! And god bless those who are carrying successfully and have babies being born healthy!!
