A weird question

So, ladies that have dealt with ultrasounds and clomid... And bear with me I will try to explain this as best I can! So, I am awaiting an ultrasound on Monday to see if the clomid did its job...and to possibly take an HCG trigger shot to force my body to ovulate... However, I'm feeling a bit of ovulation pain... Also some ewcm. My question, will the Dr. Be able to tell if I have already ovulated before Monday, or will it just look like the medication didn't work?? TIA ladies!! Trying not to stress but I can't help it!!!
