How do I move on?

Ive been cheated on.
all i’ve been doing is crying and sleeping..I don’t wanna stress myself out too much because i’m 5 months pregnant. how can I move on faster? please help.

There’s a grief process for that. It’s okay to be sad and angry for a while, but I understand your concern about stressing out while pregnant. I would go out and do something that makes you feel awesome about yourself, though I know that’s sometimes easier said than done. If you haven’t already, I also might do a purge of the things that remind you of the cheater. Maybe planning the room for the baby would help take your mind off it, too. I hope you feel better soon 💜

I was in this same situation with my last baby she’s 5 yrs old now at first I was sad asf then it turned to anger then hate an to this day my daughter sees an loves her dad but I do not communicate with him at all only his mother. But how I got thru it I was surrounded by ppl that cared family and close friends even friends tht went thru the same thing if u have someone to talk to talk to them I changed my number and moved had no contact with dude my baby was born he came signed her birth certificate and I had no words for him I raise my baby on my own and he’s on child support. You will be ok I promise

I’m in the same exact boat.. 6 months pregnant. I just made a post asking the same thing because I feel so guilty feeling so sad and what it could be doing to the baby..
I hope things get better for you love ❤️  I’m just trying to focus on me and baby girl and thinking about our future.
