Breastfeeding

I need advice! My baby was born two weeks ago and from day one he was unable to latch on to me. I got help from many nurses, lactation consultant and family members and yet my son could not seem to latch. He gets very frustrated which is understandable. I get frustrated too when I’m hungry and have to work for my food. So I decided that I would just have to pump my milk and feed it to him through a bottle. Well the first week went fine I was able to pump enough for each feeding but now that he’s almost on to his third week he is feeding more often and I’m unable to even pump a full 2 ounces. So I’ve had to use formula. Idk what to do though. Formula is so expensive and idk how to get my milk supply up ! What can I do?
