Painful Cramps
Y’all—I have been having terrible period cramps. I feel them in my back and I can barely breathe through them. They are coming about every ten minutes and lasting at least a minute. I’m now laying down and have been drinking a ton of water but they don’t seem to be going away. Any advice?
