He blew me off

My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship. Not only long distance he is also military. Currently he is home. They changed his schedule so he works a different shift. Last week when we talked about it I told him so that means we wont get to talk at all. He was like no we will figure it out. When he was deployed and we were in different time zones he always found the time to call me and talk to me. He called me Monday morning, 5 mins before I had to walk into work and went to 💩 3 out of the 5 mins. Told me he will call me later and never did. Then Tuesday.... nothing. Sorry but I am a needy girlfriend. I need the communication, long distance is hard enough. I have been through hell and back in relationships in the past, I do not do well with no communication and he knows that. I go above and beyond for him constantly and with him blowing me off like that makes me feel unimportant to him. Don't get me wrong I understand when you get busy, however I always make time for him and I am working close to 80 hrs a week so I can move across the US to move in with him. It's not like he text me and said hey babe I can't find time today either. I just got nothing.
