Has anyone noticed any connection between their smoking habits and periods? I started using birth control when I was 14 and before that my period was highly irregular(I didn't smoke then). I smoke very regularly now (started when I was 20) and stopped using birth control when I was 22 (2 years ago). My period immediately went back to being irregular, which didn't surprise me at all, but I was wondering if anyone has noticed any changes in their period if they quit/started smoking.
