okay so this is my 1st opk and according to glow my fertile window is suppose to start monday but my back was KILLING me today and i had to stock up on pts anyway and i thought wth why not get some opks so when i got home i thought wth why not am i Oing??

I have 2 children from a prev marriage They're 10 & 13 Had them when i was 22 & 20, no abortions, still births or miscarriages. No trouble conceiving those two and w/in 3 months of unprotected sex Both were born by c section. I had Mirena for 8 years & had the second one removed early in Oct 2012 to start ttc
My husband had no kids. He's been checked twice but my obgyn didn't see anything concerning on his semenalysis, but that's not his area of expertise. He was checked physically too Dr thought he may have a Vericocele issue but wasn't sure.
I've tracked my cycles since Nov 2012 including BBT, CM and OPK. They're pretty normal, avg 29 days, ovulate on schedule/regularly. After ttc over a year, obgyn had me try several rounds of clomid, and with each failed round, he increased the dosage. All it did was cause severe ovulation pain and ruptured cysts. He then did one ultrasound, and thought that my ovaries appeared to be polycystic, so diagnosed PCOS. (I doubt this diagnosis however as i don't have most of the common signs or symptoms of PCOS) In March of 2014 i had an endometrial laparoscopy. Dr said he found only mild endometriosis but was concerned that he wasn't able to explore my left tube during the procedure. So I had a dye test about 2 months later. It flushed a mucous plug but showed that my ovaries and tubes were clear. So then he reverted back to clomid, at 150mg. We did one round of that, i had a ruptured cyst and severe, debilitating pain and refused to do any more. That was around June 2014.
Since then we've not really actively ttc. We recently started more aggressively tracking and using more fertility apps. This past cycle, we tried Preseed & think I had a "chemical pregnancy" I am no longer seeing that obgyn, but haven't found a new one yet. He's close to retirement, and i feel like his methods are a bit old school by the book, i feel i may have been misdiagnosed and we've wasted 3 years and 1000's of dollars on inadequate, ineffective approaches.
