6wks old, baby acne?

My poor girl started getting these red bumps about 2 weeks ago but the last few days they have gotten brutal.

Her poor face feels so dry and looks awful.

She has also been rubbing it quite a bit 😢

Is this just baby acne that will pass, or could it be something else? Is there anything I can do to help it heal?

Side note: She has exclusively breastfeed since birth and has just recently (last few days) started becoming quite agitated after feeds , but only at night 🤔 I’m going to bring it up at her next apt, but it’s not until after the holidays so just curious if it could be related to her skin issues? Maybe food sensitivity?
