help with analyzing ovulation

Okay y’all I still don’t fully understand how this all works. Here is a picture of my OPKs I have done this cycle. When do I ovulate? 12-36 hours after my 10:40 AM surge? Or 12-36 hours after my LH decreased. When was the best time for sex? This morning at first peak? Or right now?
