Constipation?

How do you ladies deal with constipation? I lm 13+5 and have about 2 small poos a week! It's becoming painful! How can I deal with this? :(

My prenatals are making me poo too much. Apparently theres an ingredient in them tht is a mild laxative. So maybe switch to them! Lol​

I had the same issue. What works well for me is a cup of coffee and a cup of orange juice in the morning. Give it an hour and it gives results.

I stir flax seed into a smoothie for breakfast. If I skip my smoothie, I stir some into yogurt. Also, lots of water, I was told to drink 3 liters a day. Probiotics & bran in your diet are great too.

Water. Drink water like you are in a desert and you may never see it again. Like 8 to 10 glasses a day. that is what helped me.

What the other ladies said! Lots of water, and excersize. And I also eat raisin  bran every morning, and I take fiber gummies. And I hear MiraLAX is safe to take when expecting. Good Luck

Water water water! Also try some pear or prune juice and go for a nice brisk walk!

Increase water intake, add more fibre to your diet, and make sure to walk/exercise at least 20 mins a day. It's safe to take colace as well is needed its a stool softener.
