Am I ovulating???

Help please! I know OPK don't always work for women with PCOS but what if you don't get any peaks ever? I have watery CM and I got off my period about 6 days ago (Provera induced). This is my BBT as well. Could I be ovulating/about to ovulate even without tat LH peak? TIA
