Okay So I had been using the strips where you match the lines or when the 1 line is darker than the control line and that test told you to not use first morning urine and not to consume any liquids 2 hrs prior. Well my doctor told me to switch and use clearblue digital. That test says you can test any time of day but to not urinate 4 hours before and no liquids 2 hrs before. Does that mean I can use first morning urine? I read that first morning urine is less accurate but theres no way I can hold it for 4 hours during a workday.
