Lost control of bladder?!?!?!

I gave birth Sunday, they got me on an epidural asap. They put in a catheter which I had in for about 13 hours. Now I have ZERO control of my bladder 😬😖.....did anyone experience this????  How long did it last?  Nobody seemed concerned at the hospital lol but I'm concerned!!!!

Ftm and haven't gone into labor yet but I did hear about this and that it could last a few days but should resolve. Couldn't hurt to call your doctor though! Good luck! As if birth wasn't hard enough...🙄💕

This happened with my daughter. She was my first. It's super normal. Give it time. I think it took a few weeks to get back to normal. 
Now with my son I'm having the same issue. But it all comes with the territory. I just try to not drink a lot of water before bed and throughout the night since I can't really get to the bathroom as quickly as I used to. It'll pass. But if it's still a concern at your 6 week checkup I'd bring it up to your Dr
