How to know when something is wrong?
I came off of birth control about 8 months ago altogether and me boyfriend and don’t use anything so we track through my fertility. I watch my CM and check my ovulation with ovulation kits. I track when eve says I should be ovulating with my CM and check with the kit but I’ve never gotten an actual test that says I’m ovulating. I test for about a week every morning when I wake up at the same time like it says and I never get an ovulating sign. We’re not trying to get pregnant at the moment but my question is could there be something going on? I was on birth control for 8 years, could it have done some damage? Or is my body still trying to get back to normal? My period has stabilized and I get it every 30 days, I don’t get intense cramps, and there is no history of PCOS or endometriosis in my family.
I just want to know when I should worry and see a specialist as I am 25 and my boyfriend is 27. We were planning when he comes back from his military orders in September that we would start settling down for our future and such.
