Missed period ...

ive had a lot of sex this month so i got curious and took a test about 7-8 days ago and there was definitely only one line but i’ve completely missed my period. i’m extremely tired, i have visible blue veins on my boobs that i’ve never seen before and my nipples are sore when i touch them. since i took a test early and it was negative, if i took one now would it show up anything if i am pregnant?
