Please prayer, thoughts, advice

So i found out i was pregnant at the end of july i had an appointment in August 13th according to my last period I should have been 8 week but when I had my ultrasound I was only 5 to 6 weeks yesterday morning I started to cramp like I was starting my period so I went to the ER they told me with an ultrasound that they could still just see the sac and that I was measuring at 5 weeks and 2 days I'm so confused they released me and told me that it's still early in my pregnancy but the sack is still there and to just wait and see when I got home from the ER I started bleeding really heavy with a dark red clots coming out I went back to the ER and the doctor told me that it was too early to tell if I was miscarrying because they had just done an ultrasound and to just wait till I had my next doctor's appointment she gave me papers on a possible miscarriage and she gave me percocet because I am in so much pain I am very scared but I am miscarrying and have a doctors appointment on Tuesday so N 2 days has anybody ever gone through this and had a good outcome or does it sound like I am miscarrying I am still currently bleeding like I'm on my period and still in a lot of pain
