Hi ladies, so I'm 37 and pregnant with #6 I have just been sent my scan dates and I have them at 20, 28 and 36 weeks has anybody else been offered this many?

I have that many also plus had one at 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 9 weeks (due to spotting) and 13 weeks. The early scans were due to prior losses but the others My doctor said are to monitor the baby more closely due to my age (36 1/2).

My last pregnancy I had to go once a month since i was of advanced maternal age. Lol. Now this pregnancy i have a new Dr. And he is debating only sending me a few times. Thank goodness.

I’ve had 3 already at 9 weeks but lots of factors: I’m 36, history of miscarriages, and carrying twins. I have to see a maternal fetal specialist for this high-risk pregnancy, too.

I had some early on bc I got pregnant through IUI.  I was sent to a MFM for anatomy scan at 20 weeks.  He wanted  to see me every 4 weeks for ultrasound just because I’m 41, although every thing looks good.  I declined the 24 week one.  I did have one at 27 and scheduled the 32 and 36 one.

I’ve had ultrasounds once a month since I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks. It’s awesome- lots of extra pictures of the baby! 39yrs old

Im 38 and preg with my last #7. And they told me I had to do that as well but it was beczuse of my age and i have some hard labors due to the size (biggest was 9lbs 13oz) so they want to keep an eye on the size
