Anyone having trouble conceiving #2?

We are going on our fourth cycle of trying for a sibling. Our August '17 baby was conceived on the second cycle. I know if hasn't been THAT long, but it is starting to get discouraging.

We conceived on our second cycle but lost the baby November 13 at 12 weeks along. I’m just finishing up my first bleed since the loss - we wanted to conceive ASAP and weren’t planning to wait for my period but I didn’t even ovulate! I was doing ovulation tests so I know I didn’t ovulate which is seriously irritating. My next fertile window is supposed to start on my husband’s birthday (convenient - combo birthday sex and baby dance 😂😂) and the projected ovulation date is New Year’s Eve which is kind of fun. But I’m still really mad about the loss and irritated that I’m not pregnant already. We had a MC before my daughter was conceived so it’s not totally uncharted territory but it’s more frustrating this time because we want our kids close together and my daughter keeps getting older!!

Yes, but we have not been trying too hard. It's been about 5 cycles off BC. I had 2 MCs before my daughter and what appeared to be an early loss last month, so am nervous to really just back into all the testing and emotional rollercoaster of trying.

We started trying for #2 in February and got pregnant in April. Miscarried in May... got pregnant again in July and miscarried again in August. After 4 more cycle, I just got my bfp on Christmas. Hope this one is it!!

I don't think there's any rhyme or reason sometimes. We tried 7 months doing charting, etc. in order to conceive #1, and #2 was unplanned and we weren't trying - just found out two days ago. Hoping next round is your lucky one.

Yes. It took 13 years to get my daughter and I told myself I’d be perfectly fine which just the one. Then she got here and all I could think about was having another. 😂

Yes :( this was our 4th cycle missing it as well. I wouldn’t mind having my next baby be in the fall/winter though. With my first we conceived within two months of trying as well

Yes, but we also had trouble with the first. Haha needed actual medical intervention for each.
