Finally fed up!!!
Over the last couple days I've dealt more and more down about my body. In the last year sns a half I've gained 60 pounds. Before that I was doing lazy keto and working out 5 times a week. Starting January 2nd I'm back to lazy keto and working out. I'm 200 pounds now, I don't necessarily have a goal weight but I have 3 pair of size 8 jeans that are practically new that I want to fit in. More than anything I want to feel good and be toned!!
Adding, I joined a gym a couple months ago but I did not like the gym at all. I found a different gym and just joined.
