Best car seat to use with UppaBaby Cruz?

After muuuuch research I have settled on the UppaBaby Cruz for our baby due in March. Now I’m having trouble deciding on best car seat. 
I see myself using the stroller to tote the car seat quite a bit, and I want to do a lot of walking postpartum. 
I would love to go with the UppaBaby Mesa, but I’ve read that baby grows out of it quickly and it’s uncomfortable. My husband and I are both tall/large people so I’m thinking our baby could grow quickly!
Does anyone have an recommendations based on what they have researched or used, especially with ease of adapters? Currently considering a Cybex car seat too.

Nuna Pipa. It’s an extremely safe car seat, with the load leg for added safety (just like the cybex). It’s also extremely lightweight. And it has slightly more longevity. The cybex maxes out at 30 inches and nuna goes to 32, I think. If you’re trying to get the most out of your seat, the extra 2 inches will be worth it. Your baby will max out the height limit before the weight limit.

I had the Mesa, but I’d get a Nuna pipa lite if I could do it over. Mesa was too heavy and I stopped using it around 6 months (upgraded to a convertible car seat earlier).

We bought the Nuna PIPA Light LX and love it so far. Extra secure with the leg and it weighs only about 6 pounds!  We didn’t go with the Uppababy one even though we have the Vista stroller primarily because of how heavy the car seat was compared to the Nuna one.

We used the Chico Key Fit 30 with our Uppababy. It lasted our very large daughter until she was just under a year old. I liked it.

We got the mesa. My son still loves it at 5 months and will happily nap in it wherever. His dad is also quite tall, and he is a fairly long slender baby, but I feel like we can get quite a bit more use out of it.
