Not sure if this is normal?

I found out I was pregnant on Sunday. Today is 4 days past my missed period. Today when I went to the bathroom, there was creamy white discharge. Is this normal or could it mean something is wrong?? I’ve had some itching but not much and there’s not really an odor.
