AMH level fluctuating?

May 2017 It was 4.15, Nov 2018 6.2 and now dec 2018 2.9. The nurse said It can fluctuate but anything above 1 means good ovarian reserve. I’m still worried that It dropped cause we are doing IVF soon. They were all drawn on different cycle days, does that matter?

When I first had mine checked it was a 3.75 then I had surgery for endometriosis and had it checked after and it dropped            to .5 ...my doctor said it’s no big deal I’ll just have a higher dose of meds ...yayyy 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Generally, it’s only suppose to be drawn on CD3 with estradiol and FSH so they can get a good read of your follicular quality and quantity, but it’s something that degrades over time...not a weekly or even monthly difference. I believe they only have you take it on CD3 is bc the other hormones need to be done on that day. Depending on your age range, you still sound like you’re still in a good spot, anything over 1 is good.
