Shoes ?

What kind of shoes do you think would look great with this dress ? And I'll take any opinions on makeup and hairstyle ! In Need of some serious help! :)

I would wear a dainty strappy heel. Nothing like a booted heal or anything like that. The dress has a lot going on already with the sparkles. 
Keep it simple with something like these :)

If if were me I'd go with a black heel. Any of these 4 I'd wear with the dress. I would wear either the second (the one with the strap) or the booties the most.

As for hair, I like the model's hair. Straight. I think either down and straight or up into a high,  slick pony would be so pretty. You could also do waves/curles into a pony or half pony. 
I think either something like these two eye looks are gorgeous. I'd stick to a darker eye and nude lip. Sultry and sexy.

Hair I’d wear like this One side behind the ear with cute diamond / stud earrings. No necklace or dangly earring since you have a very sparkly dress.

And make up I’d keep it pretty simple nothing to much. I don’t think dark eyes would look good. I think simple make up
Will brighten the look. If you do dark make up I feel like it will drown out the dress.
