Painful BH and nausea at 37 weeks

Since having BH they have not been painful at all. Sometimes I have the urge to urinate.

The BH I am feeling aren’t consistent so I know they aren’t contractions, but for the last couple of hours they have been so painful that they’re making me want to keel over and cry. Not only that but I get a sense of nausea too. This isn’t normal for me but I wondered if anyone else has felt it? I don’t know whether to call my out of hours midwife service, I can’t bear this pain and sickness for 3 more weeks!
