Placenta aging question

So I am in for ultrasound weekly ish ( every 10-12 days) due to cpam/bps, circumvallate placenta etc.... I heard white spots in the placenta are a sign placenta is aging ... I am advanced maternal age at 36, this is my 6th babe (3 of my own 2 surros) can u take a look at this pic and tell me a. What’s the weird black circle w white spots in the small circle and Do the spots resemble aging placenta?
