To go or not to go?

I did a 24 hour urine last week and was told I'm borderline preeclamptic and to keep an eye on my blood pressure becuase I'm at high risk of developing pree since I had it with my first. My blood pressure was going up whenever I would do stuff around the house (clean, cook, going up and down stairs) but it would come back down to normal whenever I sat down so I just tried to take it easy. The last couple days have been rough, my blood pressure has been constantly going up and down and the other night it got to the point where I went to the ER from shortness of breathe, blurry vision and my bp was 160\120. They did some tests which came back normal, got my blood pressure to come down and discharged me with another 24 hour urine which I will be turning in tomorrow. I have a slight headache, shortness of breathe and my blood pressure has been pretty bad today getting up to 155/101 but when I lay down it goes down to 130/90. As soon as I get out of bed it shoots up and I get blurry vision. Should I go in or try to sleep it off and see how it is in the morning since it goes down when I lay down? I don't want to go to the er unless it's 100 percent necessary but I also don't want to risk it. When should you go to ER for something like this?
