Christmas announcement ideas? My parents are flying down & I’m trying to figure out the best way to surprise them!

This is what we are doing on Christmas. We live across the country so we are telling them we are getting them a custom gift made but it’s going to be awhile before they’ll see it but that we have a picture to hold them over for Christmas and then we are going to send this while on FaceTime.

What I was going to do is give my parents a framed picture of my 2 year old than another little framed picture of the ultrasound as a Christmas present/surprise but I couldn’t hold it in and told them already lol

We told my mom and mother in law by having our 2yr old take a picture and saying it was her baby sister (we don't know if it is actually a girl or not). This was how we announced go the rest of the family.

I got my parents a Christmas card that said Grandma and Grandpa instead of mom and dad and put an ultrasound pic in it. In addition we also got them customized Coke bottles (they are big Coke fans) that say the same. Hopefully they'll keep those as a memento :)
