Pulling out

I’m about 10 dpo. My husband and i DTD on the night i had EWCM and he pulled out, out of habit since we recently stopped trying to prevent it (we aren’t actively trying at this point but letting it happen when it happens). Mid..stream 😂 he put it back in. I know everyone says “oh it’s totally possible” but really. Has this sort of thing happened to anyone and ended up pregnant 🤰🏻
