Moisturize, don’t touch or pick, tea tree oil, cocoa butter that sort of thing. You can also exfoliate it gently with a light scrub or an exfoliating glove/sponge and moisturize after, I would NOT recommend tea tree oil right after exfoliating. Also patience, be kind to yourself.

Yeah I’m 15 to and I have plenty of scars of my own on my forearms and thighs and my mom has seen mine but when we go out in public I try to put some foundation on and some powder and blend it really well. The raised skin will still be there but the discoloration won’t. Hope I helped a little. And always remember that you are worth way more than whatever has made you feel bad enough to do this. They will fade. I bought cream made for stretch marks/ scarring and it helped fade mine a little more so that might be worth a try although i know it doesnt work for everyone

Frankincense oil works really great. It’s expensive but worth it. Check out livinglibations. Do it twice a day mixed with some jojoba or olive oil for a while and it heals them really well
