Good morning ladies. My cycles are very normal and I usually get a headache between 6-8 dpo and I also get tender breast around this time which is always my sure sign that Aunt Flo is around the corner. This past month I tried something a little new: I took a hormone balance pill called Alani Nu. I've been off of birth control for 5 months now but I was on it almost 10 years before quitting. So I'm currently 10 dpo and I haven't had any headaches or tender breasts and I'm still having a decent amount of discharge, yet I took a test this morning & it was negative. Am i out? When did you get your first BFP? 🤞🏼
