Am I ever going to have a second baby? :(

Hubby and I have been trying for 9 months to get pregnant again..my periods are always irregular and I haven’t had one in 2 months. A little over a week ago I had a little bit of blood when I wiped and then never bled again, and have taken 3 tests since then and they are all negative. My breasts never ache but they are feeling heavy and achey, but the test I took this morning was negative. I just don’t know what to do anymore and I feel like giving up trying:( any advice?
