Ok so first of all. My husband and I have been together for 6 1-2 years. And married since May. We have known each other since we were young and reunited on Facebook 20 years later.

Anyways. He has 2 kiddos from previous relationships and I have 5.

His mother was never a fan of me. She interfered in our relationship, parenting and it was no secret she did not like me.

Things have gotten better the last year with me and her but here’s my issue.

On her living room wall she has pictures of my hubs and and his brother and her grandkids. But none of my kids. I’ve brought it up and offered her school photos and her answer was there’s no room on her wall.

Since than, my husband’s brother has gotten married to a woman he has been with for 2 years. She has 2 kids. My mother in law had no issue adding those kids pictures to her wall.

I’ve kinda let it go until recently. I am 18 weeks pregnant with my husband and i’s first child together.

Am I being petty in not wanting to give her a photo when he’s born to add to her wall when my other 5 kids will still not be on her wall?
