Do cranberry pills help prevent kidney infections as well as UTI's??

^^^??? Also what dosage would anyone recommend for treatment and or prevention of kidney infection?

I have been told by doctors and pharmacists that cranberry supplements do help to prevent utis. I’m yet to see if it makes a difference. It won’t cure them though, antibiotics are needed if you already have one. Cranberry can be purchased anywhere that has a pharmacy, and usually it’s one capsule daily.

Cranberry pills certainly help prevent them for me.  My doc recommended pills vs the juice due to sugar content.

I dont really know aboyt the pills but I had UTI once and cranberry juice really helped. I drank it as I took water.( in other words I substituted with my water)

Nope utis are bacterial so really cranberry pills won't do much the best thing is to keep it clean and wear lose fired underwear
