Weird periods while on BC and Spironolactone

So I started taking spiro about 3 months ago for my acne but it’s made me have a period every 2 weeks and that’s why I also got put on the pill. It’s been a week since I’ve been on the pill (I started on the first day of my period) and I’ve been bleeding for almost 10 days. It keeps looking like it’s gonna stop but then doesn’t??? Has anyone else had this experience and did your periods even out after a while? Because I don’t know how much longer I can deal with this.
