Husband, masturbation, ttc for 6 yrs...

Been ttc for 6 yrs. My husband has a low sperm count and no matter how many times I tell him to stop and save it he masturbates daily. I'm beginning to think he doesn't want to have kids though he is always saying he does but he's just soo horny all the time that he just can't stop and that I need to give it up more often. I work 50 hrs a week and 2 days a week I go to my grams to clean her house. I'm tired.
