Is there a 6 month sleep regression?

Because my husband and I are dying here. Baby wasn't really ever a good sleeper but this week feels like torture. 6 months old today!!

This is my tired, "where did the time go" clap.

I feel like our has been related to teething and it was rough. After a couple weeks she's finally sleeping (the best shes slept since the 4 month regression).

There’s got to be because my daughter who also is a terrible sleeper has been waking up every 30 minutes to an hour all week. I feel like I’m half dead

My son has been sleeping like crap too.. he’ll wake up in the middle of the night and won’t go back down for hours 🤦🏼‍♀️ and his naps so short idk what to do. There has got be an end to this madness

My daughter has been a terrible sleeper as well. Her naps are shorter. She wakes up about 4-5 times a night. Pretty exhausted.

My daughter slept like crap the week a tooth finally popped thru. My guess is teething related.

My baby went from sleeping through the night since birth to waking 2 - 5 Times a night the past week.

My daughter was waking 4 times a night which I could deal with, literally the day she turned 6 months she started waking every half hour and staying awake for ages! There’s so much going on at this age, solid food teething and around 6 months is when they learn about distance and the fact you can put them down and walk away so a little bit of separation anxiety kicks in too. We are now 6.5 months and last night we were back to 4 wake ups and falling back to sleep relatively easily (quick boob in mouth !) so hopefully it’s passed !
