Red dots on face
Hi June mommies! Has anyone else’s baby had red dots on their face? My son got a big red bump last week on his nose. It went away after a few days and then a few more popped up. Same thing, went away and more popped up. Of course right at Christmas while we are out of town. They look kind of like pimples or just red bumps. It’s def not chicken pox and they’re only on his face. Any ideas? I’ve worried myself sick. Thanks!
